Elections to the Ternopil Regional Council should be held, Volodymyr Lytvyn, Chairman of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine deems

The Elections to the Ternopil Regional Council should be held and spot debates on this theme. V. Lytvyn stressed giving answers to the journalists´ questions on the pres-conference in Ternopil on Thursday.

V. Lytvyn reminded that the Bill of the Resolution that recommends the rejection of the elections is registered in the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine. Nevertheless, the Resolution is out of time "and this process should be completed"
